Ingredients:
1 tbsp duck fat
2 pounds mushrooms
2 tbsp vermouth
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tsp herbs
Instructions:
1. Switch on Air Fryer and set temperature regime on 350oF.
2. Wash mushrooms and place them on the other plate to rest.
3. Take blender and mix duck fat with garlic powder and herbs.
4. Add this mixture to the mushrooms.
5. Cover them with vermouth.
6. Cook mushrooms for 25 minutes.
7. Add more vermouth and cook for another 5 minutes.
