Ingredients:
¾ cup cooked steel cut oats
½ cup fresh blueberries
2 scoops Protein powder
¼ cup low- Fat ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
Directions:In a microwave safe bowl, mix together oats, blueberries and Protein powder extract.
Microwave on high approximately 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir within the remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
