2/3 cup coconut milk
½ cup gluten-free quick cooking oats
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:In a microwave safe bowl, mix together milk and oats.
Microwave on high for about 1 minute.
Stir in spices till well combined.
Microwave on high for approximately 2 minutes, stirring after every 20 seconds or till desired doneness.
