Ingredients:
¾ cup cooked steel cut oats
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon organic vanilla flavoring
¾ cup low- Fat cottage type cheese
Stevia, to taste
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
2½ tablespoons almonds, chopped
Directions:In a microwave safe bowl, mix together oats, pumpkin pie spice and organic vanilla flavoring.
Microwave on high for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir within the remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
