Ingredients:
¾ tsp chaat masala
1 ½ tbsp butter
¼ tsp pepper
Salt
1.76oz lotus seeds
Directions:
1. Switch on Air Fryer and preheat up to 340oF.
2. Make a mix of lotus seeds with ghee and cook in Air Fryer for 5 minutes.
3. Add salt with pepper and cook for 10 minutes more.
4. Place lotus seeds on the other plate and mix with chaat masala.
5. Serve with cheese sauce.
