Ingredients:
1 tsp coriander powder
8.8oz okra
Oil
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt
½ tsp mango powder
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin powder
Instructions:
1. Wash okra and leave it on the table for few minutes to dry.
2. Switch on Air Fryer and preheat up to 400oF.
3. Make a mix of powders with salt and masala with flour. Add some oil.
4. Cover okra with this mix.
5. Place okra into the Air Fryer for 20 minutes.
6. Serve with Parmesan.
