Ingredients:
2 tbsp celery
¼ cup red bell pepper
1 block crab meat
½ tsp salt
¼ cup onions
½ tsp lime juice
¼ tsp tarragon
2 egg whites
¼ cup mayo
Olive juice
Salt
¼ tsp chives
Pepper
¼ cup creams
½ tsp parsley
Instructions:
1. Switch on Air Fryer and preheat up to 390oF.
2. Make a mix of onions, pepper, salt, celery and olive oil. Place mixture on the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Mix other ingredients apart from crumbs.
4. Prepare a plate with crumbs.
5. Prepare one plate with eggs and another with flour.
6. Make balls from the crab mixture and put them firstly in the flour, after in egg mixture and in bread crumbs.
8. Cook balls in the Air Fryer for 10 minutes.
9. Serve with lemon juice.
